Buyers that never sent instructions?

It happened to me lot of times and still is happening.

I proposed Fiverr support not to refund these customers, just to pay us (for the time lost to remind the buyer of the pending order) and support (for the time needed to cancel the order when we decide to do this), but this is not a Fiverr feature now…



Consider that sometimes some user place an order just for error… but most of the times this is not reason IMHO. Someone talked about a way to test stolen credit cards before using them for more serious reasons… don’t know if it’s true…
