whisperflex
I have Five separate orders that are several months old. Each of these buyers paid for the gig but never sent the information I requested to get the gig completed. I have contacted each buyer at least 3 times with no reply. Has anyone dealt with this before?
whisperflex
Well, it is my loss because those are funds that I will not see unless I am given the opportunity to fulfill the order. I wish I could get them to respond, or at least let me know they want ot cancel. 😦

mark74
It happened to me lot of times and still is happening. You can read something more on my thread http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/493/fake-orders#Item_18.I proposed Fiverr support not to refund these customers, just to pay us (for the time lost to remind the buyer of the pending order) and support (for the time needed to cancel the order when we decide to do this), but this is not a Fiverr feature now…Consider that sometimes some user place an order just for error… but most of the times this is not reason IMHO. Someone talked about a way to test stolen credit cards before using them for more serious reasons… don’t know if it’s true…Marco

magisworks
Happened to me, too. It can be bothersome to look at them in your orders queue but i think you can get used to them. Anyway as others suggested before me, it won’t hurt to ask customer support for help with these.
