Responds Time Responds Rate Problem

Hello Dear
I have a big problem. My Responds Time is automatic from 1 hour to 2 hours Where I did not receive any message. Same My Responds rate is automatic from 90% to 86%…It’s My big problem.
So please help and suggest me.

don’t worry man. just hang on for few days it will come back to it’s destination automatically and from now on please try to response as early as you can.

i have the same problem, i didn’t talked with any client yet because am new here, only exchange few messages with few users here about an offer i was asking and few spam me with messages and offers that didn’t met my request and my respond time went to 2 days!!! 2 days!!!
