The “recommended” way of contacting Fiverr’s customer support is by submitting a ticket to them at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new

In case that doesn’t work, you can contact them at support@fiverr.com

In terms of how long they take to respond, there is no difference between these 2 methods as either way, they can take up to 48 hours (2 days) to respond.
