Showing users as offline in inbox

Fiverr displays clients as being offline in the inbox instantly after receiving a message from them. This happens every time any client sends a message. They then appear as online when they start typing a message, but again go offline after the message is sent.

I know the users are not actually going offline, as this happens even when the messages are sent seconds apart.

If you look under settings under your profile menu, you will see that anyone can “go offline” even when they are really online.

The reason I think it’s a bug is because it happens consistently for every client. I doubt every client toggles their state after sending a message.

My experience it that the green light goes off and on anytime it pleases. It is like it gets tired of glowing and takes a rest. 😆
