Decrease in orders

Hello everyone… i am level one seller as a web developer.
everyone here is giving the tip to modify the gigs, to change the tags etc etc.
But i was promoted to level 1 seller in March, and after i was just inspired to get more order and improve my gigs so i just update the tags and my gigs, which results in shut down. for about two months i just worked with my existing clients only. i mean no new messages. then i revert all changes back as it was but still i get only two to three messages of new clients per week where i receive about 10 to 15 new clients every week.
Any advise please or any possible solution or any tip why is this happened and all?

I am level 2 seller. I have same problem not getting impression and orders.
