Feature video changed to photo

I discovered with horror that for some reason my feature video turned into one of my gig photos! So when I would appear up on the Fiverr pages my profile would not have a video it was only a picture. I wasn’t getting any orders and so I thought I would check and both of my gigs had changed to pictures instead of videos! I am a voice artist so the video is the primary way buyers hear my voice as a sample. People will skip right over gigs with only photos. Has anyone else experienced this? Of course I changed it back to the video as the featured gig profile cover. With in the same day I received three orders after changing my profile back to the video. Thoughts?
