Why aren't I at Level 2?

I just checked and I qualify for Level 2 status but am still on 1. Why?

I am sorry, but I don’t think someone who has gone through Fiverr’s ToS would ask that question.

My kind suggestion: PLEASE re-read as it is very important to keep in mind everything that’s mentioned in it at all times as it can otherwise harm your Fiverr account. Everything Fiverr-related is mentioned in great detail in . Not doing so can inadvertently put your account at risk of a ToS violation or account suspension/ban, and I would hate to see that happen to you/your account.
