Client leaves 5 stars then cancel the order

How is this possible and why is possible?

So I deliver the order, customer accepts it and leaves 5 stars “Nice work”

and 2 days after I receive a notification that the client canceled the order??

So after all the client can do whatever he/she wants and take the work for free on here…

Now I checked again his profile and says: Account is no longer available …

Unfortunately, it looks like chargeback. Everyone gets it sooner or later, unfortunately

And to add to what @arty182925 said, contact customer support with all screenshots and ask them if they can try to get your money back for this work from this dispute
