Attachment File Extension Missing From Buyer Request

Hello.

In Buyer Request section, some buyer attached attachment for project requirements. But as a seller when we are trying to download that attachment its downloaded without any extension. So its really hard to identify file types.

So please fix that issue so that we can download attachment with proper file format.
