Suggestion for "Order Referral"

Hi,
Being an active but new member at this forum, I feel pleasure to share my concerns regarding “Order Referral” i.e. ( when an inappropriate buyer’s request appears on ones page, one may have access to refer it to someone else, who has more appropriate gigs), just like a referral invitation is sent to a friend to join Fiverr.
Expecting serious consideration from Fiverr administration!
