Fiverr closed the conversation with buyer

Hi,
I am New on fiverr. I had good conversation with the buyer, I was about to get the order but sadly, i received this message from fiverr " The buyer can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate".
I can no longer contact the client. can somebody explain the reason? I shall be thankful.

I think you have accidentally marked the contact as spam. If it happen, Just unspam that. It would be normal. On the other hand if the buyer mark you as spam then you have nothing to do I think.
