Yes. Sometimes, in addition to removing the gig, they also give the violator a ToS warning or account suspension.

I am not using someone else’ work or images. I asked it just for information so can avoid any problem in future.

Seen the fact that you are only use your own original work there is nothing to be concerned about.

Just make sure to keep it that way.
