I feel like the best thing to do is to open a new tab and search different things that relate to your gig. For example, if you write fanfiction, a topic that might relate to fanfiction (aside from the obvious creative writing) would be something like ‘anime’, since the target audiences of fanfiction are largely in the anime world.
