Reopening the deactivated fiverr account

Hi,
I was having account on fiverr.com which was signed up using my facebook account. I mistakenly deleted that account. After sometime, I mailed to Fiverr Support but I was told that I have sent spam messages to different people but I did not send even a single spam message. Please help me reactivating my account.

So did you delete it yourself or fiverr banned it?
