Buyer and seller from same country

I am a designer and I have got some gigs from buyers from my same country … but one of my friends who worked on Fiverr warning me that to don’t work with many buyers from your same country because of it against Fiverr terms and policy
is that right?

There is no such rule. You can work with Fiverr users who are from your own country.

A small group of sellers from same country open fiverr accounts then they exchange positive reviews which is prohibited totally. they love to deliver blank or inappropriate deliveries when they exchange.
A time later Fiverr catch them and then they got banned from fiverr platform.
probably a reason why your friend warned you.
