Is it possible to open more than one accounts on same connection but users are different

I want to ask can we open more than one accounts on same internet connection. If two or three persons are using same connection and want to become a fiverr seller . Is it possible to signup with different profiles and identity. Please anyone can guide me.

You can only open one account on one ip address… which means one connection one account…if you tried to open second account with same ip address you may be blocked on Fiverr with all accounts
