Fiverr is going to transfer amount directly to the bank

When I clicked bank transfer in Earning Category, the amount gone to Bank Account Directly, Payoneer Confirmed this Notification. I guess, this is new Facility.
But I have question now, How to Transfer amount to Payoneer USD Account. Because I have some amount left in Payoneer account, that would be withdrawn, when I get 100USD.
Can somebody Help regarding this problem/question that I’m facing?
