Audio in gig not working on mobile

I have been told by a potential buyer that he is unable to find the audio demo on my gig. I had a look to see what was going on, and found out that it isn’t available on mobile and the app, but is working fine on the PC. Any ideas on what’s going on?

The video and audio had been approved and showing on desktop but not on mobile and app…

But i think the problem has been fixed by fiverr.
