Are you serious? This information available not only if fiverr TOS, fiverr help page but it’s also your main screen on the app, the first thing that you see when you open an app is the information about the level and what you need to fulfil to get to the next level.

Anyway read the link that @colorrain kindly attached for you and be aware that you’d better read all fiverr TOS not to get into trouble or get your account banned (by the way you already signed and agreed that you read them when you registered on fiverr)
