Guest bestintheword Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 When do we know it is the right time to increase to price of our gigs?I am a new seller and I make whiteboard animations and my rates are 5$ per 120 seconds or 200 wordsI recently started getting lots of orders( ie.,2-5 in a day) . I work for 6-7 hours earning only 20-30 dollars because right now I am focusing more on reviews(I have got 7 reviews and all are 5 star ratings) So, please tell what was the right time for you to increase the price of your gigs and you got sales.ThanksBestintheword
gunawanguan Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 If you think your service was worth than $5 efforts then I think it’s the time to upgrade your price my friend.
eisdesigns Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 Depends on how you structure your gig. If you’re perceived to be more valueble than your competitor then it’s time to raise your prices. In my case i charge 15$ for a minimalist wallpaper and how i structure my gig is based off my target audience from desc, title and photos.Mic.
samwrightwrites Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 I would keep an eye on your impressions. Once you start to plateau increase your price. This is just based on my personal experience and guessing. I don’t have any sound evidence that’s the best thing to do.
misscrystal Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 Hello, with only 7 reviews you should not raise your prices. But it’s your decision of course. I didn’t increase my prices until I had thousands. You can try raising them and see what happens. It won’t hurt to experiment.
Guest bestintheword Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 I think I will now raise my prices when I am Level 1
