How to reduce funds for incomplete work

Hi community. If a seller has gotten work to do for an agreed amount but due to circumstances was not able to complete all the work. How can I adjust the funds on the order page to pay a reduced amount.? Has anyone had such an experience?

You can’t adjust. Only way is to cancel the order and order again smaller amount.
