Just got my first less than 5 star review

I knew it was coming, and it really wasn’t awful, but it still bummed me out especially since I felt like the customer wasn’t clear in their expectations. They asked for four articles and loved the first three I sent, but they asked for one about “stylish luggage”, so I wrote a whole article on stylish luggage (you know, suitcases and travel bags), and he told me that it wasn’t what he wanted. He wanted an article about “stylish bags”. And then drops me a 3 star review on recommendations.

But … it does happen, buyers can be challenging … but the truth is that delivering high quality work consistently tends to balance out the less reasonable reviews.

I’m very proud of the work I’ve been doing so far. I’ve gotten a few returning customers and they have made it well worth it. I know I can’t be perfect all the time!

it really hurt when you do perfect work and they give you 4 * thinking that is also good lol

Oh, some people never give higher than a 4* review - it’s like those teachers at school who never give higher than a B. I block those ones, too …
