Do you mean that you got a Terms of Service warning?

If so, suggest you carefully read and abide by the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page so you do not get any further warnings.

You can not do anything…As you have broken their TOS , for that you have got that warning… You can read Fiverr TOS again and follow their rules . … And try not to get further warning in future …
