You need to order a Gig within the first hour of downloading the app, you should then receive an email with a link to the various Free Gigs. If this was not the case, please contact Customer Support, and include your username so that we may further assist you. Thank you.

The blog post also said something about a two week period…although I haven’t read it in full detail since I don’t have an iPhone. Only Customer Support would be able to give you a definite answer.
