Late delivery special case

I got an order from the buyer. Delivery was decided for 24hrs.
After 18hrs passed I realised I will need 1 more day to finish the order.
So I sent a time extension request.

Due to buyer staying in different country he accepted the time extension request a bit late after 12hrs.
By the time my order page was showing as late delivery.

ANd then when he accepted the time extension request the late delivery mark just went away.

So the “LATE DELIVERY” due to the buyer delay in accept the extension request will affect my ranking?
