Use of Professional Liability Insurance

Hello, do many Sellers here on Fiverr based in the US have a Professional Liability Insurance policy to protect them against potential litigation from clients?

Not that I am aware of, no.

To require insurance you would need to have a problem such as:

1. substantial damages that you do
2. knowing the person you are suing has enough money to pay the judgement should you get one.

Most sellers here don’t do that kind of damage nor do they have that kind of money. It wouldn’t make sense to have liability insurance for most sellers.
