How to remove watermark

Did you mark the order as complete?

If it is a bug, I think you should contact Fiverr’s Customer Support (they can take up to 48 hours to respond) and let them know of this issue. They’re the only ones who can help you out.

In case you have already marked the order as complete, you could also ask your seller for the original logo that’s not watermarked. However, chances are that your seller might refuse to send the watermark-free logo (for security reasons).
