i have recently offer a custom offer to someone i told him that " i will resize and reformat your images " by this his website rating will increases but after doing that he saying my website is not completely optimized
But as per my offer i have resize images and reformat them and images are optimized to max.
my question is if he cancel or give back bad feedback what i can do about it

Contact to fiverr support (If you really think you have done great job) and let them know buyer is asking for extra work. If this issue happens with be I politely ask buyer that I have done what I have described in custom offer. If still he doesn’t coprate, I perfare to cancel order as I am sure he/she will left bad feedback. Hope it will help.
