I think that a video helps a lot, at least this is what most users say.

About the PDF it depends. I think it would be needed only if you think that your potential buyers will not clearly understand what you are selling when reading your gig-description

I used to have videos on all my gigs and didn’t really find it increased my visibility or sales. I have two PDFs on one of my gigs, but 99% of Fiverr customers never bother to read them.

You don’t even see a PDF in the impressions, so I’m not sure why they would be important for that. The algorithm isn’t going to give you clout for having a PDF. You only see the PDFs in views, which are the visits to your actual page.
