Why my completed work image is not display in my gig portfolio?

I have completed certain projects. The buyer gives me an excellent rating but my work is not showing on my gig’s portfolio?

Either A) You haven’t set the gig up to have a live gallery or B) the buyer has chosen not to display the image/video etc. in the portfolio. They can disable/enable it when doing a review, if the gig is set up to have a live gallery.

My live portfolio is enabled and the gallery is live. At start the watermark shows on my profile but now it didn’t displayed from last 4 -5 projects!

As @uk1000 mentioned, Buyer can choose to enable or disable to showcase the work on portfolio. It won’t show if the buyer choose to disable it.

Does anyone know if a buyer can change the setting after they left you a review? Is there a point in contacting them and asking them to change the setting so the other buyers can see the results of your work?

Yeah it’s up to clients to decide if they want their work to be shown in your portfolio or not.
I was just wondering if that option is turned on by default or not, does anybody knows? 🙂
