Need "step by step" instructions to set up a gig, I cannot do ANYTHING at all

Cannot set up gig, can’t do anything at all. Message says to update “browser”, did that, still nothing. I have been trying off an on for over FOUR months, I really need a “step by step” guide. Videos on You Tube show a 110% completely different page than the one that comes up when I log in. Is there naither way to do this?
