Can't submit requirements for my gig and the product is ready!

I apparently have to answer a few questions to receive my order. I cannot find anywhere to submit these requirements or to answer these questions to receive my product.

The order doesn’t even become active until you fill out the requirements. Look in “Manage Orders” and look at the order. The requirement questions are there.

The point of requirement questions is to get a record of the details the seller needs to start the job. So the job wouldn’t be started without them. Otherwise a seller could do the work, send it via message and you could take the work and neglect to make the order and avoid paying.
