How long does it take CS to activate a restricted account

i was email that i sent multiple document for verification

You’re going to have to work with CS on this. We cannot help you un-restrict your account, nor do we know Fiverr’s timetable for resolution (which can be different in each instance). Talk to CS, and see what instructions, advice, or information they are willing to share with you.
