s_hill Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 Hi,I have a buyer that wants to cancel his order, in his first message to me he states that he thought I would implement the changes for him but he now realizes that is not part of the gig. He then sent a request to cancel the order which sates that the work delivered thus far is poor. I do not mind canceling the order and allowing him to keep the work done so far but I do not want a poor performance mark on my account simply because he did not read the gig description.Is that cancellation message standard, does it effect my accounts health and if so what should I do?Thanks in advance,Sam 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
