How do I cancel an order

Hi can someone here help me how to can an order. I order a gig and never get delivered. I sent two emails about the order an never here back… I want to cancel it and contract someone else… THX

On the top of the order page there’s a tab called “Resolution Center”. Go there and select the option you prefer, most probably, “the seller is not responsive”.
