I can't withdraw my revenues

My fiverr revenue card option is fade I am unable to use it, I want to use bank transfer option but I tap on bank transfer option it sent me an email with further instructions when I tap on “If you’d like to continue with the process, please [click here]” it redirects me back to my fiverr account I cannot withdraw my revenues when I contacted fiverr customer support they said you have an inactive account of payoneer connected to this fiverr account but in reality I have removed that account from funding sources and want to attach a new payoneer account, so what sould I do now to withdraw my revenues ?

Am new here, is it receivable through pay pal or does fiverr pay through paypal?

Fiverr pays through both, paypal and payoneer, but as I see, there were a lot of posts having problems with payoneer. Go to “Settings” and then “Billing”. There must be an option to change it.

You can receive your money to PayPal, payoneer card, or bank transfer.
