Can i use a payoneer account again and again

Hi,
I want to reuse my payoneer account in fiverr.I have talk with payoneer support,And support member said that she have deactivated fiverr account from payoneer.So,i want to reuse this payoneer account in fiverr.

Do i use it again.How much a payoneer account do i use in fiverr?

I hope that forum member(as admin) will confirm me perfectly.Because this is a suspended issue of seller account.

I am not so sure about this, but I think I remember that fiverr uses this as one of the criterias to block accounts, so be careful
