Yes, you can! Go to Resolution Center and then select Review Change or something like that.

Furthermore, those that have requested the feedback to be changed have received warnings for attempting to manipulate reviews! 😱

Yes, very sure. I have been on the Forum for almost two years and sellers have come here telling of their experience with requesting review changes through CS and the outcome was not good. 😉

The Buyer gave me 4 stars rating mistakenly, I had asked him why? Have I done anything wrong? He said, No! Then after he realised that it will affect my profile… So he was sorry and want to change this… How can he do this?
