How Can I Send My Materials to a Gig owner by mail for them to distribute and not break TOS

I have a very specific card that I would like to have people that have deliver and handout flyers gigs, hand out for me. But I need to send them to them by mail. Is it against TOS to have them provide their mailing details to have me send it to them?
