Why i don't get gig skills or CATEGORY based Buyer Request?

Hi there,
At first,i hope that everybody is fine here.After a research,i think that i can not get any BUYER REQUEST of my category or skills based.24 hrs in a day,no buyer request see in my profile.
what is the main problem ?Why i can not get my gig based buyer request???

Please help me,If you have enough knowledge about it.
