Contacting Outside of Fiverr

Are we allowed to contact clients by email if it is necessary? Like to have a 3-way communication with them and their boss?

Yes, but they also told me that you can exchange information necessary to communicate in the order page.

You can not communicate outside . If it is necessary to complete the order you can share your email through order page.Like as they need your email to add you as admin of their website to complete the order (web design task)

If necessary their boss can create fiverr account and contact you…That is easy…
