Can someone explain me what Fiverr Pro is ?

A Pro seller is somebody who has been vetted by Fiverr. Pros often have an impressive body of work, a large social following, and relevant qualifications. That’s why they’re able to charge much more for their work than most regular sellers are.

Anybody is free to apply to become a Pro seller, but only 1% of applications are approved.
