I would guess the “problem” is that you aren’t doing anything to connect to your target customers. Are you doing any marketing and promotion (other than social media)?

You need to be intentional about promoting yourself in order to get orders.
Fiverr is such a huge platform that your gig(s) can easily get lost due to the myriad of options there are available.
Check your keyword tags and description of your gig title; these all matter.

unfortunately , new Sellers are not often have requests…
