Help! Custom Extras not Saving

So I just set up my very first gig in transcription. Of course I needed to edit and tweak after setting it up. I am using the 3 packages set up and some extras. The pre-set extras such as extra minutes or extra fast delivery are working fine, but when i try to add on some custom extras they just WON’T save. I’ve tried multiple at a time and one at a time. No error comes up. It just does not savenor show in my preview or gig listing. What’s wrong???
