I do VA, now I have acquired more skills like WordPress design and development, website development, chatbot development, in a nutshell, programming related stuffs.

1. Should I create new gig about them or I should open another account for them?

2. Will fiverr penalize a seller with 2 different accounts with or without the same information?

You are not allowed to have more than one Fiverr account. It is allowed to offer different services within that account.
