Hourly rate in Fiverr?

Hi everyone, is it possible for an hourly rate with time tracker here in Fiverr? In this way, a freelancer will earn more for having a longterm client as long as Fiverr.

I think Fiverr still no have option for hourly payment.

All are fixed price job … there is no hourly system

Why? No reason to do that. You can charge what you want to charge and figure out an hourly rate but get paid for the whole amount in one order, in one amount.

For some industries it’s an absolute must to have this hourly pay feature , especially for developers cuz it really becomes difficult to quote a fixed price for any complex project mostly because sometimes even we developers don’t know how many roadblocks exist in a project and how much of effort is needed to overcome them. Fiverr should consider this.

Considering this, I'm wondering if fiverr is going to be the right platform for me. 3D artists generally charge a daily rate, at least that's what I've done in the past with clients I've just sorta bumped into, and there's really no way to estimate the time involved until you speak with the client and get an understanding of what they need. Is it possible to speak with the client first, then create a one time gig based on what they need? I know there are a ton of 3D people on fiverr so I'm curious how they set everything up.
