Unable to get orders and see buyers requests

Hello members,
i am new on fiverr, its been a month, i have 3 gigs uploaded, and almost remain online for like 4-10 hours daily, but thing is there are no buyers requests showing to me, in the past month i have only seen 21 buyers request and i sent proposal to them, but never got any order.

what i am doing wrong?

what should i do?
