Gigs Image Issue

Hi, I’m new in Fiverr. I have just opened 3 gigs last two days & now facing a problem with that. My Gig PDF Image is not showing, There Showing Only What Sign(?). Now, What Should I Do? Please Suggest Me Any Experience Body.

You could contact CS through the helpdesk about it.

Unless it’s a new bug it might be because of how you saved/exported the .pdf.
eg. you could try exporting it with “PDF/A-1a” so it includes all used fonts etc.
