How to clear the negative comment?

Hi all,

I had one offer from Fiverr but i missed due to my personal problem and i could not able to deliver the order on time, so i got the negative comment. So please help me to remove the negative comments. I also request to Fiverr committee for the same.

You have “Cancelled order. Seller failed to deliver on time!” and that is automatic Fiverr comment and it can’t be removed.

Fiverr is highly unlikely to remove that review. Since it’s the only review you have, it might be a good idea to contact Customer Support, and ask them for permission to close this account and open a new one.

Of course, don’t open a new account without the permission from Customer Support, or it will get banned.
