Am I the only one who cannot download attachments on the Fiverr Android app?

I try attaching things on the Fiverr android app and when I try to download, it always just says “Download Unsuccessful” regardless of what I do or what file type or size I download. Same thing happens when other people send attachments to me and I try to download them.

Is anyone else able to download attachments on the Fiverr Android app?

Hi @socialconquerer, well i download files and upload images as well through app and it worked properly, may be sometime due to bad Internet it doesn’t work. you can also try to reinstall the app may be it works
